Mazda's Flow evolves into the Soul of Motion, Shinari Concept now in Real Life Shots [61 Photos + Video]

[Updated with video from the presentation] While the debate rages on regarding the Mazda Shinari's inspiration (Fisker Karma, Infiniti Essence, or something more sinister?), here are some real life photos of the car outside of the studio. Introducing Mazda's new Japanese-Euro-American Kodo design language, the Shinari shows where Mazda will be zoom-zooming after its Nagare-derived smiley face cars are dead and gone.

Expect the flowing, toned lines to appear on everything from the Mazda3 and Mazda6 to the MX-5 Miata and potential RX-8 successor; on that note, can we get a decent rotary engine around here or what?

Since these "tense" and "organic" designs are becoming more and more common nowadays, how will Mazda emphasize its own unique design elements? As with most unofficial homages (because we all know this isn't a purely original design or layout), the answer is in the details.

Cute Tattoo Ideas For Girls

Cute Tattoo Ideas For Girls

Looking for cute tattoos for girls? Cute designs can really make a girl more sexy. Let me now share some cute tattoo ideas for girls, and give some tips about what to look after, and the where and how when looking for cute girly tattoos.

One of the first things to consider is the location of your tattoo. It is important to remember that if you want to work in a formal environment it may not be a good idea to have a large tattoo that will be seen by your potential boss. Good tattoo locations for cute tattoos are on the ankle, stomach, neck, wrist or lower back. Tattoos on the lower back are also known for being very sexy. Some locations are more painful and expensive than others to get tattooed on, so keep this in mind when deciding on the location for your tattoo.

Next, you should choose what kind of artwork you want. For cute tattoos, popular choices are flowers, stars or hearts. It is also important to know the meaning behind the tattoo you will be getting. There have been cases where artists have been caught giving tattoos with unwanted meanings or misspelled foreign characters.

When it comes to the size of the piece I recommend a small one if it's your first. That way, you will know whether you can withstand the pain of getting a bigger tattoo later. Small tattoos are also not that expensive to remove if you later regret getting tattooed.

To find the best and cutest tattoos for girls you should take advantage of online tattoo galleries. There are plenty of designs that have been made that you can choose from and bring to your local tattoo studio.

Tattoos for Girls - Some More Tattoo Ideas

Sporting tattoos has become a thing of fashion today, especially amongst girls. Men have been sporting tattoos for a very long time. But the popularity for tattoos increased when women also started sporting them. A tattoo is seen as a way of making a statement. Tattooing is a body art that has become a rage amongst the girls during the recent years. Until a few decades back tattoos were considered to be a taboo for girls. Any girl sporting a tattoo was considered to be a rebel and a woman with loose morals. All this changed when you had women celebrities started sporting the tattoos on their bodies. It was only a matter of time before tattoos became an acceptable thing in the society.

There are many tattoo designs to choose from that it becomes very difficult if you do not know what kind of tattoo you are looking for. Given below are a few ideas which will help you find a suitable tattoo for girls.

Heart tattoos
Heart tattoos are very popular amongst girls. The heart is a symbol of love and the heart tattoo reflects romance and love. There are many girls who opt for a heart tattoo with the name of their loved one written across the tattoo. The heart tattoo is available in a variety of shapes, designs, patterns and colors.

Butterfly tattoo
A Butterfly tattoo is another one that is a suitable tattoo for girls. A butterfly symbolizes the delicate and pretty form of the feminine. It reflects love, peace, etc. According to a survey it was found that the butterfly tattoo is one of the top five popular tattoos amongst girls.

One more tattoo that is very popular amongst the girls is the angel tattoo. Angels symbolize purity, innocence, etc and are quite often depicted with white robes and bright lights or as winged little creatures.

I am here to make things really easy for you however. There are close to 700 tattoo membership's site out there but we know the top 3. How? Because I have access to a site that lets me know stats such as users, return rates and consumer ratings. So my wife and I made a blog of the top 3 tattoo sites out there. We did a male and female section since some are more geared toward women and vice versa.

Suzuki delays US Swift until at least 2011, getting advice from VW

Those of you waiting for the new Suzuki Swift to get Stateside will have to wait a little bit longer. After the Kizashi didn't exactly make the splash that Suzuki had hoped for, and with Suzuki sales in America crumbling, it appears that the Japanese automaker and 20% stakeholder Volkswagen AG will sit down to form a new battle plan.

Part of that plan includes putting the Swift's US arrival on hold until at least 2011 so that pricing and strategy could be evaluated. Some of the reasoning behind the delay has to do with the rising Japanese yen, which has also dented the company's US marketing division.

From Concept to Reality: Chevrolet Orlando MPV

The upcoming Orlando minivan, which shares its platform with the Cruze, is another one of Chevrolet's upcoming attempts to rectify its sub-par image as a brand. How has the MPV developed since it debuted as an attractive concept two years ago to woo European car buyers? Well, it still seats seven and will get both gasoline and diesel four-cylinder engines as promised, but unfortunately, it's put on some flab over the concept's original well-toned lines. While GM has yet to release photos of the interior, expect a modern Chevrolet cabin very similar to the concept.

Dealership Guard takes $111,000 Corvette ZR1 for a spin, posts video on Youtube...

We finally found someone that makes Lloyd and Harry [that would be the dynamic duo from Dumb & Dumber] look like Mensa candidates. Meet the now unemployed, but as-of-yet unnamed, security guard at the Dallas Auto Auction in Dallas, Texas.

This bright young man not only gave in to his urges upon seeing a brand new $111,000 Corvette ZR1 in the secured parking lot (that, we could try to understand), but also had the brilliant idea to film his joy ride and upload the video that showed his face as well as the car's dealer plate on Youtube.

When Characters Collide: Temperance Brennan and Richard Castle

I was just skimming over the Emmy's and caught this moment where Emily Deschanel and Nathan Fillion presented an award together.  It got me thinking, what would happen if their characters appeared together?  Who would guest on whose show?  What would the plot be?

Here's my pitch: When a college freshman at Marist finds the skeletal remains of a student who disappeared the year before on moving in day, Bones and Booth are called into investigate.  When the same exact thing happens at NYU a few days later, there can be little question that there is a serial killer at work.  Enter Rick Castle, mystery writer and serial killer expert, to help solve the case, go toe to toe with a certain FBI agent who likes funny socks, and woo a lady or two at the Smithsonian in the process.

That's my lame idea.  What's yours?

Citroën's high riding DS4 unveiled ahead of Paris Motor Show [31 photos]

Say bonjour to Citroën's latest creation and the second member of its DS lineup of special models after the DS3, the all-new DS4 that was revealed online today ahead of its public premiere at next month's Paris Motor Show.

Based off the freshly revealed C4 hatchback (Citroën's rival to the VW Golf), the DS4 is the production version of the French carmaker's Geneva Salon DS High Rider concept car. The key difference between the two models is that, whereas the design study featured a three-door body style, the DS4 gets five-doors with hidden rear handles.

Citroën describes the DS4 as "a unique and attractive blend of creativity, dynamism, exclusivity and versatility", which in reality translates to a potpourri of design influences from numerous cars and segments ranging from the coupe-esque roofline and hidden rear door handles, to the almost crossover-like road clearance.

Chevrolet continues its reinvention with the Cruze, ups prices in a gamble for profit

US automakers are finally getting on the small car bandwagon with cars like the Fiesta, nex-gen Focus, and Chevy Cruze. While the Focus is already well-established and the Fiesta comes with a lot of Euro-cred, Chevy has some important steps to take with the Cruze (its third compact nameplate in six years after the Cavalier and Cobalt).

The brand needs to reinvent its small car's image for the 21st century to that of a higher quality car and not just the lowest common denominator; quality and reliability, which still have to be proven over time, are a must.
